Seniors Summer Stableford 5
Well done to Peter Wolfenden for winning an whopping 23 points yesterday. Andrew Fishwick was one point adrift to finish as the runner up.
Junior B9 Stableford (Mon 20/7/6)
Congrats to Ben Hinton for continuing his recent good form to win Monday’s junior stableford with 19 stableford points. Matt McGrail was second 2 points adrift and Harry Kumar finsihed third with 16 points.
Medal 5
Hale juniors were on fire this weekend with Joe Booth breaking eighty with a gross 79 and nett 67 to win Division 1. Jonny Gray was second with a gross 78 and nett 67 to lose out following a card play off. For the purpose of clarity, Jonny Gray is no longer a junior!!
Rob Manley won divison 2 with a nett 68 and Chris Adams was second with a nett 70.
Special mentions to Joe Murray-Brown for his nett 63 and Edward Manley for his nett 68. Unfortunately neither of them had played enough qualifying comps for their scores to be able to count.
Adult Junior Competition (Fri 17/7/26)
Well done to Ollie Grieves & Matthew Hodder for winning with 22 points. Cam Smurthwate still leads the OoM.
The next and final Ad Jun is on Fri 4th Sept with tee times from 1700. Please let me know if you’d like to play.
Ladies Round Up

The Granny Cup and Stableford were won by Gill Kay. Irene Kirk provided and presented the prize. Vicky Wells was second and Rachel McDowell third.
The 9 hole competition was won by Marie Irwin with Fran Adamson second and Kerry Gill finishing third.
Mandy Gilbert won the Hilda Timpson. Gill Kay was second and Jo Egerton was third.
And well done to Pat Jefferies for recording a hole in one last Thursday on the 4th hole.
